HCS was formed by it's current president, Gary L. Tinkel, who has worked in the financial and computer community for over 40 years. Mr. Tinkel holds a BS in Electrial Engineering as well as a MS in Opertions Research, has completed degree level courses for an MBA and holds various certificates in advance computer training.
Prior to forming HCS, Mr. Tinkel has worked for several major NYC Banks and Brokerage firms, the Federal Reserve Bank of NY and a major min-computer manufacurer.
In addition, Mr. Tinkel is a past president and Treasurer for the Independent Computer Consultants Association. a not for profit association of professional computer consultants. Through this association, HCS has the ability to call upon experts in business and technical fields to assit them whenever the requirement dictates.
